First of all, the preparation of membrane flat sheet materials is the basis of the whole process. Subsequently, encapsulation and curing ensure the stability and durability of the membrane element. After rolling, the membrane element needs to be installed in a pressure-resistant housing and sealed with epoxy resin or hot melt adhesive to prevent leakage.
